Tim Mitchell is a talent strategist, CIPD qualified HR generalist and a trained coach. For over 15 years he has helped creative businesses find, develop and support their most important assets: their people.


The integrated creative advertising, design and broadcast industries have been the cornerstones of his 20+ career. He has worked in London and New York, is a proud mentor for the Creative Mentor Network, a charity whose mission it is to make the creative industries more inclusive, and a volunteer listener for the Samaritans.


He spent his early career working in client services in agency & client businesses and he brings this insight & experience to his clients. He has a reputation for working collaboratively, with empathy, care & integrity.


In his work Tim challenges the usual recruitment and HR conventions and aims to deliver business success to his clients by helping them align their people & business strategies. He helps those he coaches experience more fulfilment in their careers.


A recent study by Leadership IQ found that a staggering 46% of newly-hired senior employees fail within 18 months. To counter financial and emotional costs this brings, Tim has developed a unique end-end combined, strategic executive search and on-boarding/coaching process which identifies, hires & then coaches the candidate and the client through probation & on-boarding in one aligned, invested process, helping create success over the long term.
