Hello and welcome to my blog(s).
In my role as a talent strategist and career coach (currently with The Talent Business in London), I work with creative people on an individual and personal basis, helping them to understand their unique skills and, as a result, find them their perfect job.
My clients are integrated/360 & digital agencies and they take me to the heart of their businesses, share their vision and goals, and then work with me to evolve how they manage their recruitment, search, talent management or departmental succession planning.
My service isn't a volume-driven or 'one size fits all' approach. My goal is to deliver a service that is individual, tailored and reflects the needs of those I represent and work for. And I work on the premise that everyone will be a candidate at some point in their lives, so I treat people the way I want to be treated.
I work on both retained and contingency assignments.
In my past life I have worked both for agencies and clientside in senior client service & marketing positions. I have gained extensive integrated marcomms and campaign experience - particularly within the financial services, not-for-profit, B2B, travel and FMCG sectors.
In addition to my day job, I also work with advertising degree students, coaching them on portfolio preparation, interview training and best practice networking. And I am currently studying for my coaching diploma, so that I am able to offer an even deeper & accredited service.
